been feeling lazy the last few days, which explains the lack of text on this page

anyways, went to Dan Ryan’s the other day to celebrate a friend’s bday, ordered the Chicago Charred Steak, OMG~ simply the best piece of bouef i’ve had in ever….tender, juicy, huge, done just right….OMG!!! it was so good i forgot to take a picture…though at bout $50 per pop, i dont think its gonna be on the menu often.

And in case you’re wondering why i’m up and about at 8am in the morning, i actually woke up at 4am today, went to her place to send her to the airport, so i just got home so sweet rite? kekeke, yes, that’s me

Ok, going back to bed now, will be heading to work for about an hour later around noon time, then meet dennis, then its GO SPEED RACER, GO SPEED RACER GO~~~ WOOO!! zzzz……

oh, another thing, forgot to rant bout the bloody jam i had today….left office at 6.45, was feeling pretty irritated after “that” discussion (refer to earlier post) so as i approached the gantry to go out of the office, i notice there was a queue of 3 - 4 cars. no matter i thought, probably some clown of an idiot whos IU didnt work or slotted his cashcard in the machine or had no value in said cashcard….so i patiently waited, and toggled through my music (thank god i bought that MP3 radio modulator thingee) so the first car ampled out through the gantry and i realise that i’m still pretty much stuck.

wtf, i thot, then i saw it….the mother of all traffic jams, all the lanes outside of my office was clogged with bumper to bumper traffic. it was so horrendous a sight that the car infront of me did a 3 pt turn and headed back to the office.

so i thot i did grit my teeth and go with the flow….20mins of said flow, i barely pass the bus-stop outside my office (it takes only bout 20 or so odd steps to get there by foot from the gantry) 45mins later i was nearing the front, at this point of time, traffic was starting to move more frequently somewhat. finally 1 hour later, i got to the traffic lights in the front. normally this process would have taken me less then 2 - 3mins to drive the entire stretch. took me 1 bloody hour to get to the first traffic lights.

at first i thot, must be accident, then as the time went by and i didnt, i thot, maybe bus overturned or building collapse or maybe 20 car pile up…..so i was sorta waiting to see some action. said action didnt not materialise in the very least. nothing, nada, not even a bicycle wif a ruptured tire…there seemed to be no reason for the bloody massive jam. then as i passed the 2nd traffic light, i saw 2 TPs standing there, those bastards, must be them….but dont look like, ahh well, perhaps this mystery will be solved tomorrow.

there is always a sliver lining in every cloud, the good part was that the expressway was really clear and traffic was minimum for the rest of the drive

went to watch What Happens in Las Vegas the other day, it was bloody hillarious, really really good stuff, plus it being a romantic comedy, i lurv those chick flicks

anyways, had a screwed up day at work today….morning realised what i asked for to be done over the weekend was not done and possibly couldnt be done in time (needed it by noon) so had to go down and do it myself. when i mean, by myself i meant i dragged normie in tow wif me to go do…haha~ was a good thing i dragged him down, he helped to solve a problem, so yay!!

so back in the office, i was rushing this piece of work which, i found out about on thurs, did a site survey on friday and was suppose to submit everything by today. so of cos, yours truly didnt do a single scrap of work on the weekends, ergo, much rushing took place. finally managed to scrape together something at bout 5pm, did my debrief and discussion wif my boss, then due to some missing details went to check wif bigger boss….below is approx how the conversation took place. (names have been changed to protect the innocent- namely me)

Moi - XX, i would need to know what is in this, so that i can factor for the system in its entirety esp the core device.
BB - oh, dont worry bout the core device, we got that covered in this other part of the system.

Moi - ok, do you have the diagram for that then, so that i can consolidate and factor it together wif this other portion of the system.

BB - oh, just that minor bit on the system

Conclusion, if he had told me bout all i had to do was this minor bit, i could have given it to him on friday within 1hour!! and not wasted my brain cells worrying and concience being guilty of not doing any work on the bloody weekend….goddamnit!! zzzz…..

finally got my new cubicle today…WOOO, though it was not expected as i was suppose to be in another place originally, so i saundered into the office this morning at 10am, and wandered to where i thot i was suppose to sit….lo and behold, not my name good part was that it was just beside my boss. so i wandered around somemore, finally found my spot, was abit more infront and slightly smaller, but hey, i like it cosy, anyways, normie is sitting besides the bossman now….kekeke, will take a picture when i can and post.

after work went to met up wif ivan and his wife for dinner and help him wif his subscription thingee, was quite interesting to see him as a married man, but was good i guess, wonder when it would be my turn to head down that path….

tomorrow i’ll be at st.regis again, due to extreme lack of manpower, i mean if u’r so damn lacking, shouldnt u just get some part-timers/contract staff? ahh well, but its ok, i’m cool with it, will go there and D-GREY MAN~~!!!! WOOOOO

for those who know me well, they know that i’m not a morning person. my day if i could have it my way would start just before lunch, but then again, seldom does everything go your way eh? so here i am now at 10 in the morning sitting in the basement of st regis….will be here for the next 8 hours…weeeee…zzzz….

on another note, keke, always wanted to say that, i watched dance of the dragons yesterday, overall it wasnt as bad as i expected but if u dont like dance and not really into the korean main lead (good thing i like him, same guy that did volcano high, windstruck, pls teach me engrish…etc) then i suggest that u give this one a miss….though it was quite interesting watching Hyuk Jang (the korean guy) do a more serious flick, as most i’ve watched its either straight comedy or romantic comedy….but still it was good

ahh well, going to do some work and watch some D-Gray Man….stupid normie got me hooked on this….

went to watch Ironman yesterday nite wif Dennis and his friend Alvin….IRONMAN….OMG! it was bloody AWESOME~!!! argh…just so bloody cool, and RDJ did a good job potraying Tony Stark, its just like him though i always thought Tony as just alittle less slimy, but still it was good!! went home and downloaded a bunch of ironman stuff of the website, yes i’m that trilled, even better then transformers and transformers was like woah….anyways, back to work

another weekend over, went to watch a number of movies over this time around. watched papa run, was kinda funny in the beginning then kinda sad, overall a movie that celebrates the love of a parent (father in this case) for his child, was nice

then saturday went to watch harold & kumar, was standard what you prob expect from this series, alot more nudity though, good too, i luv the idea of a bottomless party…wish i had a pool at home

was kinda productive at work today, managed to finish 2 outta the 3 things i set out to do, tomorrow will finish up the last thing, i hope. anyways, gotta go stand by in a Hotel over the weekend, suxs, ahh well…thats it for today

went to the airporto again this morning, was pouring down in sheets…..and i got all soggy wet, not in a good way mind u….so went to work, did ‘em installations again, was pretty much the same as what i did the day before, but well, felt kinda happier today, lol

anyways, i got ‘em pictures of the silly pool, and in case you’re wondering, yes you probably would be swimming in between ‘em trees. Though a colleague pointed out there are some nice dead-end corners nicely secluded for perhaps a romp in the pool?
