HBP?
was at ktv on thurs nite after meeting…was quite nice…singing and all…happily doin my “shun yue tuan” 
finally ended wif a dazzling my way…however the second i sat down, i had a brilliant headache…was a flashing pain in the centre of my brain. like someone stuck a hot poker in there. decided to call it a day then. dull throbbing headache went on the next day and carried onto today as well. finally went i stood up too fast just as i was about to go sleep, i had another intense burst like on the first day…was thinking that i probably popped a vein. went to see doctor…told me i had 160 / 90 blood pressure… i was like, wah…i donno what’s the normal but that sounds really high. anyways got a jab in my behind 
muscle relaxant…anyways going to bed now…dont stress me out..hmm…wonder if i can downgrade?
normal is 140/70. I suppose don’t know how high is yours in comparison. Anyways don’t pop too many vessels there~ Take care!
