BP & Headaches
ok, went to see a doctor the other day for a second round of check ups…okie so it was becos my medication had ran out and my head still hurt. anywho, saw my own family GP this time round. realised my doc is funny kinda chap….anyways, took my BP a few times, it was around 135, which was a good deal lower then 160. but he was saying “you know, 135 isn’t that bad…if you are pushing 80yrs old….” everyone’s a comedian nowadays… so had a to take a pee test…yes had to pee in a cup. funny thing was, i forgot how much was the expected amount of pee to be placed in the cup so i gave the nurse a full tank…hahaha…she took one look and went wah….then her collegues turned around and laughed while exclaiming, “wah so much~!!” okie…so i had alot of pee, what did ya want me to do…anyways i smiled at them 
so the long and short of it was that my pee was fine….no funny stuff inside. my BP is probably caused of my not so healthy lifestyle. and my headache according to my doctor is due to a nerve…well…he’s giving me pills which are kinda good. they make me sleep 
anyways, have another check up next week so we shall see and i think i grew taller, i’m 1.73m now WOOT~!~!!
